Project Overview
The BPCL Track & Trace system was designed as a comprehensive UX/UI solution to support Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited’s Lubes business through a QR Code–based product tracking platform. The project included the design of web-based admin dashboards and mobile scanning interfaces that enable seamless monitoring of production, packaging, dispatch, and distribution activities across the supply chain.
The platform was focused on improving product authenticity verification, operational transparency, and real-time visibility of lubricant products at every stage of movement. By integrating QR code scanning workflows with centralized reporting and tracking systems, the solution helped streamline supply chain operations, reduce manual monitoring efforts, and enhance traceability across distribution channels.
The UX/UI approach emphasized intuitive navigation, fast scanning experiences, clear data visualization, and responsive interfaces to ensure efficient usability for both administrative teams and field users. The final solution delivered a scalable and user-friendly ecosystem that improved operational efficiency, product tracking accuracy, and overall supply chain management for BPCL’s Lubes division.
